Of my workout goals 22 months ago

this is the one that I can name definitive progress on. I only have a sore back now, compared to 2007, when I have overslept or slept in a too-soft bed.



I need Pilates every day for the rest of my life 2 years ago

At least that is how it feels now, when I do anything abdominal in Pilates. And it’s only once a week!

I think I will get an exercise ball after all, and use it at home as a homework chair.
