tomorrow, chicken with beans…yum!
Saturday, Chicken Breast, potato something, and salad
Sunday, BBQ chicken drumsticks, potato salad, salad

1. beans (not sure what exactly, but some type of soup with homemade rolls) and enough for leftover lunches…yum!
2. fish, veggie, salad
3. roasted chicken, veggie, salad or rice
4. something made with leftover chicken, maybe pasta
5. homemade pizza, salad
6. pasta dish with lots of veggies, maybe with pork
7. free day, whatever….but will plan by friday so we eat out less.



Feb 9th - Feb 15th 10 months ago

1. Roasted Chicken, with salad and another veggie
2. Spag with garlic bread
3. Soup with grilled chz sand.
4. Tilapia breaded and baked, with big salad.
5. Hot dogs, with potato salad
6. noodle dish with lots of veggies
7. free day, eat out, frozen pizza…whatever

I got the grill all ready to go, bought a filled tank yesterday.

1. Grilled chicken breast, veggies, rice
2. Grilled Salmon (chicken for hubby), veggie, rice again
3. Spaghetti, garlic bread, salad
4. Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, salad
5. Roasted Chicken, veggie, salad and mashed sweet potatoes



Jan 26-Feb 1st. Week 4 11 months ago

Mon. Turkey with lots of veggies
Tues. Bean soup dish over rice
Wed. Turkey pot pie
Thurs. Asian noodle dish
Fri. Steak/Salmon, Baked Pot, veggie
Sat. Leftover Steak maybe in tortillas
Sun, floured, pounded chicken breast with veggies/rice

Kids home for 4 day weekend, so late on this.

Chicken (leftover), veggie, rice
homemade pizza with salad
Chili over rice
Salmon, rice, veggie
Some type of soup using lots of vegetables with rolls

2. homemade pizza
3. grilled cheese sandwiches, with kilbasa soup
4. Asian noodle dish
5. chicken breast, veggie, salad
6. Turkey veggie soup with rolls and salad
7. Free day, leftovers, frozen pizza…..whatever



Week one (Jan 5th-11th) 12 months ago

1. Bean and Ham Soup with homemade rolls
2. Tacos
3. Homemade pizza with salad
4. noodle dish w/ lots of veggies
5. Roasted Turkey w/ Mashed Potatoes, and salad
6. Turkey Pot Pie and Salad
7. free day, either leftovers, spaghetti…whatever.
