Stop a fish being a cannibal

For some reason, due to stupidity and naivety, I thought fish were vegetarians. In the pet shop, there I saw a group of fish going at it with this dead fish. Shocked; my friends and I told the owner he had cannibal fish and then we discovered that fish food is dead fish.

So I’d like to have a pet gold fish that doesn’t eat fish.
