Im still working on this one, and Im definitely getting better. Going out to the clubs helps a lot, I can let any guy touch me and I can be comfortable about it. I am realizing I bring so much more to the table than the flaws that I have. I am okay as I am. Im definitely improving, and hope to improve even more!

I get so tired of hearing about everyone wanting to lose weight or diet, or just being dissatisfied with themselves for many reasons. It is so unnecessary, and we begin to become conditioned to it, so that we start believing that we are not okay as we are…that we have to change who we are to be accepted. What happened to embracing our health and loving ourselves simply because we exist? I feel like I’m going against the “Pack” a lot, but I choose to love myself. Why? Because it feels good. I may not have much to say when the dreaded “body-hate” or diet talk comes up in a circle of conversing women….but instead, I can walk away and smile, knowing that maybe I made an impact by remaining silent, and if not, I have a nice reminder of how good it is to love who I am for what I am.
