And…I have seen people react differently. Some people just began beaming at the fact that I used their name for the first time. LOL. I know it always makes me feel good when someone uses my name. I think it makes a difference, and it’s worth it to me!
This one should be easy for me to learn. I work at a front desk at a health club…soo I greet people continuously.—many of them regulars, and I have no excuse to not know or use their name! This one should be accomplished soon!
