hike the appalachian trail

honestly i was there last week. and i didt freakin do it! we were playing in salem, va, and bc i absolutley suck at geography i had no idea that the applachian trail was right there, not until our second to last day when someone invited me to go hiking the next morning before the show. i turned down the offer bc i had been feeling crappy all week and not performing to my fullest, and i really thought that waking up early to go hiking before two shows really wouldn’t improve my performnace. now i am sad. regret is such a distinguished feeling, strong and eminent. not exactly entirely negative, but feels so empty and full of negative at the same time… i’m also a little bit crazy. “what does it mean to regret when you have no other choice?”
