I have been cooking from scratch more but don’t seem to stick to my menu planner.
This month I’m going to try and use the ingredients in the house and do some batch baking. I’ve already got some vegetarian Hungarian casserole and veg chilli in the freezer. i may try moussaka and lasagne tomorrow

Yesterday I made Vegetarian Pea soup in the slow cooker with split peas, leeks, celery, potato, crushed garlic, parsley and Oragano (I think)
I returned home with enthusiasm. Only to be disappointed. It was awful. Everything takes the same in my slow cooker :-( and I’m not impressed.
Never mind, will try and make a menu planner over the weekend and will try to stick with it.
Tonight I had cheesy beans on baked potato, that was easy but lovely!
