Well working out three times a week hasn’t been a problem for the last six months. I’ve probably worked out like a fien during some weeks, up to three times a day. Those are only on the days I actually wake up early enough to run on the board walk by the beach, then lunch time gym, and after work class at Crunch. It seems in two weeks, I may be substituting for an instructor at Crunch for three to four weeks! In addition, another instructor will be out for the last two weeks of July, so there is a possibility I will be teaching his class as well. That’s two out of my three classes! I’m so excited!!!



Another week's goals down, but I'm not finished! 4 years ago

YAY another week down to staying on track. Though I am a little disappointed in only making it 3 times last week, I’m going to make sure I go at least 4-5 days this week. Already down 3 and tomorrow I plan on taking a cardio/sculpting class during lunch. Woo hoo ;)

According to my heart monitor 557 calories on the elliptical! According to the elliptical machine 678. Either way, that’s 2 days in a row, I’m getting back to ROUTINE, YAY!!! Tomorrow I’m going to a sculpting class at the gym at work.

Two miles walking, 4 miles roller blading. Hopefully, I can wake up at 6 tomorrow and go for a quick run at the gym before work and school. Tuesday, I plan on going to the gym during lunch, maybe I’ll even have the nerve to take Lisa’s class. It’s just so embarrassing that I’ve let myself go, especially in such a short period of time. At least now I feel as though I’m on track again, on routine. Once I get in routine, working out is just another task that I do, like brushing my teeth.
