Well I’m definitely refraining from the table sugar and trying to stick to vegetables, tofu, rice, eggs, fish, etc. Wholesome foods. I did have a few sugar free candies today. Tomorrow is another day. . .

So I’m finally going to kick this in the butt. If I could quit smoking and stop eating poultry and meat, I’m fairly certain I can stop consuming sugar. I even bought the book “Get the Sugar Out: 501 Simple Ways to Cut the Sugar out of any Diet” by Ann Louise Gittleman, M.S., C.N.S. My goal is to 60-80% of the time, eat foods with 0 – 4 g of sugar per serving for the first few weeks and gradually increase the percentage. Also I’m going to try and cut down on my consumption of artifical sweetners, can’t substitute one addiction for another now can you. . .
