Last year I hurt my knee during football, it was fine for awhile but then all of a sudden became agitated out of nowhere… my guess was working out in the first place. It’s pretty much better since I decided to skip physical therapy and now, well last time I check my bench press flew from 150 to 110… pretty big drop but not so much for barely touching a bar for 6 months…? I want to get it even higher now and get it to 200! Hell it isn’t bad for a 15 year old.
