The perfect place for coffee 4 years ago

It has been a dream of mine for many years to own a specific style of coffee shop. I love a good coffee, I love good music and I love good books… My thinking has always been to combine these and have the best coffee shop ever….. All that stands in the way? My own fears and money….. lol
