I wish I could stop , I wish I could just have one drink and that be the end. I have a habit of drinking until I’m drunk.After one drink has kicked in I want more and more. I’m ashamed of myself when I wake up the next day after drinking heavily and I don’t remember anything that happened the night before. Sometimes I’m, too embarrased to ask what happened. I shame my family , my friends and my boyfreind. This is not me and I know I’m better,The bad thing Is I have been drinking since I was 16 and at one time my family would encourage this. My grnadparents live with me and they also drink to get drunk and they won’t stop anytime soon so it’s a little hard to try to quit.
