keep my stress under control. So far I’ve decided to start getting massages on Fridays to help me de-stress from the week. I want to keep my long walk with my dog on Sunday and add a day of swimming mid-week to keep the stress manageable.
Now to figure out things for the other 4 days of the week. Perhaps I should go back to date night with my husband on Thursdays….
