Well, I no longer have the secret identity of Camel-Gal, Dromedary of Justice, but I did get the lump off my back. I’m back to about 90% of my ability to stretch, bend, etc. before the surgery and I hope to be back to full speed soon.
If you have back surgery, even if it’s outpatient surgery, be sure to give yourself enough time to recover. For some reason I thought I’d be back on my feet within a week (WRONG!).
