i began training for a triathalon which had me working out 6 times a week. it is amazing. i grew in self-confidence and just felt better. it was kinda tough to stay motivated in the beginning but then it became super easy to make sure i did it on the days i had planned.



wow

i actually did it this week. i worked out three days so far and i’m about to go do yoga right now so that would count as four days! i love the feeling i get after yoga. i feel more self-assured, i feel healthier, i have a brighter outlook on life…and i don’t know, everything seems more vibrant. colors, people, anything and everything…. if i start doing yoga everyday i’m going to have to stop counting it as one of my three times a week working out lol but for now, it counts!



hmm beginning again

well this is not going so well…booooo.. i sorta lost sight of the goal suppose. and i could blame it on some things that have been going on in my life, but i won’t. it’s no one and nothing’s fault but my own. i have however, worked out once this week so far and so just two more times before sunday and i’ll have accomplished this goal for this week.

i worked out only twice this week BUT i’m still counting it because this whole week i was sick with the flu so i think it’s pretty good to have gotten 2 in!
