Must do something about the problem. It ruins the best moments of my life. If it goes like this I’ll have to live in a cave as a hermit. Freaking out when being visited by friends, worrying for hours about messages I should send, feeling lonely and depressed after all the possibilities seem to have faded away – the disappointment drains my energy. Then feeling upset when finally something good happens. It’s so disappointing. I must learn to control all these feelings somehow. This plague is the hardest thing in the world to explain, and if one doesn’t even try to explain it to others, it can isolate one almost totally. (If one tries, it won’t always help either.) Panic attacks are scary.:(
The possible consequences are even scarier.
I’m really so tired of fighting my feelings all the time.
