but this could be due to the pregnancy (the hormones suppress migraine in some women..happened with my 2 previous pregnancies as well..). I guess I’ll see after the baby is born.

I just recently found out that those of us who spend too much time indoors and who religiously wear sunscreen outside are most likely deficient in vitamin D. After googling (for the sake of satisfying a burning question) ‘vitamin D and migraines’, I discovered that many women with menstrual migraine (as in a migraine right before you start your period, EVERY BLINKIN’ MONTH!!..ugh.) have found relief or even a complete cure from regular doses of vitamin D…also known as hanging out in the sun with unprotected skin for a couple (as in 2) minutes a day.
Seeing as sunshine also helps beat winter blues and blahs..I can’t wait to see how this works!!
