15 minutes in the morning, everyday.
Meditating is not always peaceful and nice… it can be grueling work, like exercise for your mind. But it’s worth it—I feel better already.
Someday I hope to also meditate during the evenings. I think everyone should try meditation :)

It should be a routine similar to brushing my teeth and doing regular exercise. It may not always be pleasant and sometimes it might not even seem helpful… but it’s important to empty out my head at least once a day, at least for fifteen minutes… and it’s important to observe the present moment. Last year for three months I meditated everyday, and it completely changed my life. But when I stopped, I just went back to my old ways again. I want to commit myself to doing this again, it’s so worth it.
