Have been very bad at this recently but today woke up with new resolve – made some vegetable soup today – very nice and made with fresh vegetables. Don’t know why I don’t do this more often. Today has been good – have eaten healthily all day and managed not to eat any chocolate at all.

Have had some great weeks but today was grim. Need more planning I think but resolve still strong – plan some meals for the week ahead and make sure I have ingredients in the house rather than eat unhealthly needlessly.
Diet is much healthier – more wholefoods, fruit and veg. Need to keep it up though.
This was going well but over the past couple of weeks has fallen by the wayside – am making this a major priority from now on. Have found some wonderful muesli for breakfast which starts the day well – now to work on the rest of my diet.
Am eating less sugar and more wholefoods, fruit and vegetables. Am snacking on more healthy options and drinking more water.
Generally I’m eating better but still room for improvement.
