I want to lose 10-15 pounds. Not a lot, but it’ll be hard, I know. I’ve started cycling back and forth to school (.5 mile each way) and work (3.75 mile each way). I’ve restricted my drinking to low-sugar mixed drinks or wine when possible, and limited my homebrew drinking to two bottles. Lots more water. More veggies and fruits. I hope to see a noticable difference by the time I leave for Florida next month.
