Such An Amazing Boy!

At 6 months you started rolling over to your left, at 8 months both ways…and now you are 9 months old and such a happy, happy boy. Soon you’ll probably be walking on your own, because it doesn’t seem like crawling is fast enough for you. Momma and I can lead you to walk while you grab our pinky fingers, but you’ll soon be running around and into everything.

You are my heart. I love you so, so very much.

Yesterday Was Amazing!

It’s one thing to care for a healthy, happy son. It’s another to see him smile, hear him laugh, and to witness his discovery of his tongue and try to talk while grabbing it with his fingers!

A.O.: Daddy is so happy to be your Daddy.

God: Thank You for allowing K and I to be great parents to this amazing yet-to-be man. Amen.

Proper Handwashing

Now, when we change A.O.’s poopy pants, we make sure to grab an extra wet wipe and wash his hands with him, explaining that we need to wash our hands every time we go to the bathroom.

Happy = First Smile Today!

It was great…and it happened at church, just to make it that much more memorable.

He's One Month Old!

As of yesterday, May 8th, our lil’ A.O. is one month old…now if we could only get him to cry less when we’re changing him…

He'll be 3 weeks old on Friday

We sing to him, and tell him that he needs to be nice to people. He’ll surely learn “Please” and “Thank You” at home, and we will always do our best to be approachable when life questions come about.

In 14 weeks...

...He’ll be here. I hope I do my very best to raise him right. Kristi and I can be a great team, but I need to be present mentally and physically.

In our 3rd Trimester, I am going to commit more to reading to him and telling him how proud I am to be his Daddy.
