I love Yoga, well most of it anyway. I absolutely love the way I feel about 2 hours after. When I do Yoga I flow. I develop such a peace, joy, and fearlessness. But, my ego stops me from going. I’m a pretty stout, and VERY tight guy and I have a really hard time with even the most basic poses. I’ve had the best luck with beginner Hatha yoga, but even this is difficult and I find it hard to relax mentally when I’m so focused on what I’m doing. I think private lessons would really be the way to go, but that’s a bit much.
I have to say that Kundalini yoga is simply amazing. It can be trying, but WOW what an experience.
