I never stop moving . . . and I really need to. I’d love to meditate regularly, but the fact is, sitting still makes me nervous. But mandala-making is both enjoyable and incredibly soothing. So I’m circling around the idea of keeping a blank book, and making one mandala in it each day. I find that I usually have to think about a practice for a long time, and then one day my body catches up and just starts doing it.
