Ok… I exercised for a half hour. I hope it releases those endorphins that are supposed to cheer you up, lol. So far, I feel ok. I’m glad I was able to get it done. I totally need to get in shape…...but for now, if I can do a workout once a week, that’s better than not at all. lol

Today is a good day. I’m gonna make it a point to think positively, and really work on improving my self-esteem. :)
I guess for the most part, my self-esteem was pretty ok. I was in a bad mood this morning, but it’s better now. I still need to improve my self esteem though. It’s coming, but I know it’ll take some time. :-)
I’ve been feeling better in the last 2 days…..That’s a good thing….I guess that’s improvement. :o)
...I had a really good weekend, and I was proud of myself, and a bit more self-confident than I usually am. That lil bit of self confidence has really helped with my self-esteem. To me, every little bit counts. ;o)
For the last 2 days, things have been going well. I’m pleasantly pleased. I hope that this “good vibe” can last throughout the weekend. There are good days and bad days, but I hope that today can continue to be a good day…
....today was another great self esteem day. I’m feeling pretty good about myself, and I’m not too annoyed about stuff. If I could keep my organizing/cleaning in check, it’d be great, lol! Gonna try to make a bigger effort to go out with my friends, and not worry about stuff too much. I think it could be done…..
....was a really good self-esteem day. I had felt better about myself than I had in a long time. I was very producive with my organizing, and I caught up with an old friend. :o)
