I’ve been exercising for the last few weeks, so that’s great. I think I can mark this as “done!” :o)

For a month, I’ve been really focused on working out. I’m really noticing the change in my thighs which is great. I was super busy for the last 2 weeks or so, but I still managed to do a little during the week. I think I’m ready to refocus again. :-)
I’ve been doing pretty well with the exercise, mostly working on my abs and thighs, which is good. I even got some cardio in, this week, so not too bad. :o)
Got some exercise in today. Worked on my arms mostly, and did a little bit of cardio. I’m glad.
...yesterday! So I’m still hangin’ in there! :o)
Worked out yesterday, and this morning! I’m in a groove, woo hoo!
I got my 3 workouts in for last week! I didn’t think that I was gonna be able to do it, but I did! Can’t wait to see how I do this week.
I got my workout in this morning. Starting slowly again. I’m hoping to work out some more this week. I’ve been putting this off for a long time….So I’m happy to be starting again. :o)
...but it’s hard. I’m hoping that next week, I can really dedicate myself to exercising more. I did a little bit yesterday, so at least it’s a start.
...and it felt really good! I think I’m gonna be back on schedule.
