would be fun and healthy to do. I’m eating my apples now but as I started this late today i won’t have the tummy room to eat the carrots apples as I really want my yummy dinner. That will either be a heavily spiced (Kashmiri Krush) chicken fillet on a heavily seeded bread roll or roast beef on same type of roll. I am addicted to these bread rolls!

You have to eat fruit to understand this, but the instant and lasting energy kick, not to mention the explosion of fructose on your taste buds, is amazing. Very motivating.
