I dropped fried food entirely (Lent helps).
I drink at the minimum 128oz of water per day.
I eat meal replacement shakes instead of crap.
I eat regular interval meals.
Next steps:
30 minutes of machine cardio per day
No eating after 9
I messed my back up last week, and I want to give it time to recover, so I probably won’t be working out until next week. That means all the weight loss has to be in food-land. meh.
I just finished drop 10 pounds which took 26 days. Have to Drink less, work out harder. 5 more to go to achieve this one. I hope I get it by Feb. 7. I’m at 238 this morning, shooting for 233.
