And that’s the last of it. That was one of the best 30 day trials I’ve ever done. It was really the last two days that made it fun. In January I think I’ll start the run 12 miles per week goal, and drop Saturdays from the list. I think once I get a 5 mile distance, Then I’ll work on my time\speed.

I didn’t want to run yesterday for fear of injuring myself for my TKD test. Ran around the lake again… took 46 minutes. Damn, I’m slow.
1.6 miles left for week 4, and I’m done with this goal.
Missed Saturday because I was a little wuss. Have to make up the distance. Think I’ll do little 1 mile stints tomorrow and Thursday.
