I keep thinking I should have never gone “off” my diet the first go round – then I’d have the goal of only having to lose 100 pounds, not 150. But here I am. Almost exactly 150 pounds overweight. I’m in a weight challenge at work – I need to step up my game. Which means renewed committment to the gym…why is that so hard???

So after Japanese tonight I’m going to the gym…and I’ve been much more diligent about watching what goes into my mouth. Literally and figureatively. The French Silk pie 2 days in a row was NOT a wise choice. Not that I was over the top – but I should have said no – or had a bite. Not a slice, and certainly not the 2nd slice the 2nd day. I need to get Tim on board so that he’s working with me. And I need to stop sabotaging myself!
Okay, I’ve been screwing around on this goal for over a year. I need to firmly make a committment to literally get off my fat assets… I’m changed my reminder and hopefully that will get me started in the right direction. I’m going to start with walking during my work breaks, instead of working through them. I’ve got to start somewhere, right?
