change my name

Now that I am out of my most recent add-a-name relationship, I am ready to take care of this. I have a first name, middle name, maiden (nee) name and the surname of my children.

Many of my documents have first-maiden-surname on them. I would like to keep my legal name at three words, so maybe I will pursue this.

I’m not 100% sure what my legal name is anymore. I’ve been married and divorced twice, and have used any number of last-name combinations over the years. I would like to settle on one name that I will keep for the rest of my life, regardless of legal unions etc. I may or may not use one of the names I already have. I will have to give this a lot of thought.
