i gave up on this a long time ago. i wish i hadn’t but my studies got in the way and i wasn’t eating at the right times and i wasn’t eating the right food because i was too tidy to make something healthy.
now summer is here im on a health binge.
im going to start going to the gym again and start cooking healthy meals.

i went to the gym today _
i feel healthier already hahaa
i have no idea what i weigh though, cos the scales are weird at the gym so im gunna weigh myself when i go home on saturday :)
hopefully ill have lost some haha
so i didnt actually go again and its been 3 weeks.
i lost track of trying to lose weight with all my uni work and that but im definately going tomorrow :)
its only for half an hour
but i met a guy who said he’d go with me whenever i wanted to go so im not going on my own :)
i went to the gym for the first time in ages ahaha
and it was dead good _
but i woke up aching this morning, the sign of a good workout!
im going again tomorrow =)
its been ages since i wrote an entry.
anyway, i havent stuck to anything since my last entry but ive decided that now is the time to do it because i am so into, now that i have an goal.
i aim to lose around 4-5 stone by next february because my mam is getting married and i dont want to look like a whale next to her :)

thats because ive been hella busy
with college work and trying to have a social life at the same time, and i havent really been sticking to any dietry plans at all!
but im going to try and be good til friday, and weigh myself and see what has happened
i have lost 2 pounds, which i am told is the average wait for a week so im not too down :]
im getting there slowly but surely, just all the stress of college has me on a binge some nights and then im always on the go so i eat on the go which is never good ><
