I’m really going to try to not get derailed during the holidays (at least not too much).

I’m averaging a healthy 3 times a week and have made this a habit now.
Back in the habit. Went last night although I’d wanted to stay home and veg until Project Runway came on.
I’m averaging about two times a week now. Working on increasing that to at least 3 times, maybe 4 times, a week. I’ll need to lay off the treadmill though, lately when running I’ve been getting a pain on my right hip bone. And it really hurts to walk the next couple days. Not sure why—never had the problem before. Guess I’m going to become an advocate of the ellipital machine.
Went to yoga yesterday—some people may not feel that it’s exercise, but I do. I went, even though I felt like sitting home and watching TV. Felt better about myself after going. Will try to hit gym tomorrow. Maybe I can get back on a regular exercise schedule by the end of this month.
Managed to make it to the gym for 40 minutes on the treadmill. Also have been walking to a farther el stop after work in an effort to get a little exercise each day.
I managed to make it to yoga on Monday AND I worked out yesterday. I am planning on going tomorrow as well. I just need to stop making excuses and procrastinating on going.
Yay! Managed to make it to my gym for yoga yesterday for the first time in four weeks. Lots of downward dogs and warrior poses means my legs are a wee bit sore today. I will try to carry this (small) momentum throughout the week and go at least one more time, preferably twice. Maybe in three weeks I’ll be back to my regular schedule.
Once again this weekend I managed to find something else to do besides working out. Until about a month ago I was going about four times a week. Then I had to skip a few because I was super busy and out of town. But I’ve been back in the city for over a week now and have found an excuse to avoid the gym every day. Why do I do that? Why can’t I just make myself go? Hopefully I can force myself to at least go to yoga tonight.
