I’ve gotten a few compliments recently on my sense of style from both old and new friends, so I’m going to mark this as accomplished.

Picked up a few things  — 1 year ago

that are casual date appropriate, (a couple shirts, dark denim and low heel pumps) but still need to look for a few other pieces. Luckily, I got everything on sale so the total wasn’t too bad. I also need to look for a killer interview suit because I’ve gained and lost weight since I wore my other one and it didn’t fit the greatest to begin with.

Spend the extra money for clothes that fit. I’m on the taller side so finding places that sell long lengths that are STYLISH has been a little tricky. Often I see someone wearing something that is really cute but is only available in standard lengths or petites. (And, I still have problems with length even with longs). I get paid today—now I just have to find a store.
