Well this is less of an immediate priority now that I’m finishing my degree on one year instead of two. At least one of the subjects I’m taking this year is Sports Psychology, so I may gain some credit for that later when I do a personal training qualification.
I’ll also get to go to a good gym on the days that I attend the campus, thank heavens. I was injuring myself on cardio equipment at the local one (which is kind of like a shed with old equipment in it, and an honesty box to put money in). I think something along the lines of RSI, and I had to stop going. The weights in the shed are ok though, so I’ll use it for those on the days I can’t travel to uni.

I got a laugh out of the fact that at the bottom of the page for this goal, the following is written:
‘People who once wanted to do this are now doing these things:
eat more chocolate – Change your goal to this’
So there you go… if things don’t work out for any of us in the fitness industry… that can be the back up plan.

I just found out that the personal trainer in town is interviewing at the moment, and she has too many clients to keep up with on her own at the moment.
Gosh I wish I was qualified right now… my town is tiny, and opportunities like that would come up once in a blue moon. I have been wanting to get my qualifications for ages now, but just can’t get the money together for the deposit.
I was told all of this in an entirely unrelated job interview, and the man interviewing me said that I should still talk to the personal trainer (he knows her)... and he asked me if I’d mind him passing my name onto her… to which I said he could of course.
