Stopped lifting and keeping track of weight gain since I started college. Now I’m starting to lift again at my house and eat better, I love working out!!!

I need to get the job done! seriously! I have a goal to gain 30 pounds by october (I have about 28 pounds to go) long way…I need to start increasing my calorie intake big time…and start being more dedicated…

I decided to change my goals now, I want to gain 30 pounds in 3 months, so around the first week of october…I want to have gained 30 pounds cuz I’m still a lightweight…

Damn I love the way I look and feel when getting home from the gym…I’m gaining a few pounds here and there working my way up to a 7-10 pound gain this month.

Hell yea! I’ve been eatings lots of food…and my weigh is going up while I maintain less than 10% bodyfat…I love the feeling and the way I look after getting pumped up at the gym…I should be able to reach my goal for this month with no problem at all ;-)
EAT BIG, LIFT BIG, SLEEP BIG, THINK BIG, and most of all GET BIG!!!

It’s been 1 week on my goal to gain 7-8 pounds in 30 days. We finally bought some food for the house and I plan on eating plenty of food and taking 5 glasses of my whey 100% protien and some creatine a day, along with attending the gym. Time to get serious and start putting on some more mass!

So, I still have 15 pounds of weight to gain. It seems I have failed my original goal to gain 30 pounds in 3 months but I’m much healthier, I look better…I feel better…I gained about 15 lb in 3 months which is nice progress. Time to set a new goal!
I want to gain about 7-8 pounds in 30 days, It would be nice if I could gain about 10 pounds in 30 days…we will see what I can do!
I try my best to keep updating this with my weight progress every week or 2.

I figured I would get to see how this works exactly and also keep updated on my progress on weight gaining. My 3 month goal was to gain 30 lb, so far I have gained 15 lb and it has been 2 months. So I have 15 more pounds to gain in 1 month!!!! So I will post my progress for every week.
