get better at saying no to things I really don't want to do

Well, I tried. My dad didn’t exactly take no for an answer, but I’m not spending my last 3 days at home before summer and college getting roped into volunteering for things. I’ve helped out enough over the past 4 years. And I’m not backing down on this one.

I’m really bad at saying no and then I want to back out at the last minute and don’t have the spine to do it. When I really just should’ve spoken up in the first place.

This should kind of go under my “be more honest” goal, I guess.
Oh, and I need to learn how to commit.
