Make more 'me' time.

This is something I don’t really do. If I’m not working I’m doing housework, and if I’m not doing that then I’m thinking about what I should be doing! I’m going to start with an hour of ‘me time’ a week to make sure that I do things that I enjoy, but somehow never really have the time for, like reading, having baths etc.
