I’ve been going to the gym for 2 months now, 3-4 times a week and I can see results already. I don’t go to the gym to lose weight, cause I’m not fat at all. I’m, 106. I go to tone up and be fit. It feels really nice after you workout and actually feel your leg, arm and stomach muscles forming. I know this is just the beginning but I hope I continue going regularly and hopefully by summer, I’d have a nicer body where I can actually look nice in a baiting suit. it takes a lot of time and motivation but it’s worth doing! I just hope I continue being motivated and not give up!
