But here I am back again on 43things to update my goals. I’ve lost another 5-7 pounds and I’m very proud of myself for keeping the weight off. I may not have made my mini goal of doing it in a few months like I’d wanted but I did keep the weight off and now I’ve made it. So here’s to being 175 lbs now. Another five pounds to make my total of 40 lbs lost!

My weight is still hanging at the thirty pound loss mark, I”m still hoping to loose 5-10 pounds in the next month. Here’s to hoping and hard work.
Only 10 more to go and I”ll have met my second weight lose goal. I started out at 210 lbs which is pretty heavy for my body type, I”m short. I’ve been working for years but just could not find the motivation to lose anything. I was in an abusive relationship for 8 1/2 years and had piled on the weight during that time. Now I”m in a new and much better relationship and have been able to move 30 lbs. I’m now at 180 lbs and my goal weight is 145 lbs, it’s been six months of steady work on keeping to my diet but it’s finally working! I switched my diet to low starches and more proteins. I’m not very active due to a back injury so I’ve had to find ways to work around that. I bought a free standing pedal set that fits under my desk and I can use it while watching tv if I want for a change. I also got some exercise balls and those seem to have helped me keep some tone on my arms and inner thighs. Hopefully I”ll be able to get the next 35 lbs off in the next six months.
