I want to take an oil painting class, just to see if I have any talent in that area. It looks like it would be a fun way to express myself thru color and texture. It doesn’t have to be a masterpiece, it just has to be an expression. I’ve heard writing described as “painting with words”, and I know I can do that already, but picking up a brush, dipping it in paint and applying it to a canvas would be another way to express myself.
