Currently 128lbs. Havent been focusing on diet and exercise much lately, but still managed to loose 5lbs.
College starting in September so I’m hoping to loose around 10lbs in the next 4 weeks.
Fingers crossed!!
I’m off to exercise now :)



Getting on track again... 4 months ago

Been sick lately so put back on the 5lbs that I lost.

Really want to get under 9 stone so I am starting again today =]
Gonna start a brand new food journal and make up some sort of exercise plan. i hate exercise! :(
But hopefully I can do it this time.

Another new start. Proper this time. 6 months ago

Offically 4 weeks until my summer begins. Exams will be over and college ahead :)
So im aiming to lose around 6lbs. Mainly just to be happy with my stomach.
Recently my weight has been going up on the scales, but I don’t look any bigger so I’m confused! Havent been doing any weight training so I dunno..
Currently at 9 stone 7lbs. Hopin to get to 9 stone by 20th June.

Diet went out the window the last week!! Starting again tomorrow.
The past 2 days during my study break I did 20mins on the cross trainer. Not much but every little counts :) Starting my food diary tomorrow. Not focusing on weight but just on how comfortable I feel in my own skin!

Havent been online in ages!! Haven’t been feeling myself lately, diet has kind of went out the window. But I started AGAIN today. Food was ok. And I did 25 mins on the elliptical and burned 200 calories :D
Doing my leaving cert this year and really starting to feel the pressure :(

Anyone have any ideas on how to stop headaches?? They’re constant :(

New year, new start! So I deleted all my other entries of Losing Weight and I’m starting fresh.
*- I’m 16 years old, about 130lbs. Not fat, but just not happy in my own skin. I would like to get down to 115-120lbs in a few months time.
I spent the whole of 2008 trying to lose weight, so I’m pretty determined this year.
I’m going to go on the trampoline and/or go for a walk for 30-45mins every day, porridge for breakfast, soup or main meal for lunch and something light for dinner. Loads of water & veggies.

If anyone has a similar goal get in contact!!

Just binged. AGAIN.
So mad at myself. I’ve got no self control at all.
—Chocolate crossiant, square bar, 1/2 bag seasame sticks, 1/2 drifter bar & a few crisps.
So tempted to purge.. But no. I can’t fall into that habit.

Yesterday was shopping & cinema. Yeah probably not so great. PLUS! I have an allergic reaction to some hair product so my face is all puffed up and horrible :(
Today is such a lazy day. I planned to do homework & some revising. But its 4pm now and i have 0 energy or willpower to move. Plus. I totally binged earlier.

B- Yogurt, Slimfast bar
L- Potatoes, veg & chicken
S- Crisps 83cals, slimfast bar, chocolate crossant :(
D- Kiwi, Carrott, Chicken & mayo sandwhich
Dunno about later.

I’m never gonna be skinny :(
