compile a huge binder of vegetarian recipes

I have over 200 vegetarian recipes printed out and organized in my recipe binder! Plus, I have 150 more recipes that I don’t have the ink to print out yet! Plus, I made a copy for my vegetarian sister (sort of an early wedding present)! Now I can’t wait to get back home and start trying them out!

My husband is a truck driver. Since he’s gone so often I want to have a whole bunch of recipes that I can make for him when he’s home. We are going to be eating vegetarian soon, so I want to restrict that binder to vegetarian recipes only. If anyone has some good recipes post them, please!
