I feel ill and have a busy day ahead, but I’m still managing to feel quite good and get on with things. It’s just a cold after all. :)

1. Remind myself of good things I have done in the past (and achievements.)
2. Think of the positive instead of the negative scenario.
3. Look for the positive in every situation.
