Starting with Tesco diets this Saturday. It’s the Meditaranian diet which is supposed to be really healthy. Hopefully it will give me a kick up the bum. I find myself eating crap because I want to punish myself, not because I am hungry. I want to stop this.

Today is a new day. I’m going to eat healthier, get plenty of fluid, take my vitamins, excercise, get plenty of sleep and just generally look after myself. I’m going to need it to get through this year at uni, otherwise I won’t have the stamina or energy to get though. I haven’t been getting enough sleep lately and I’ve been eating crap and it definitely shows in how much energy I have to do my work everyday. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not out to lose weight, become a stick insect or anything like that. Just want to look after myself so I have more energy to function. Starting today…
Especially with me now getting sportier. I never have been before really, so I’ve not needed the energy. Now that I do, I find that I’m lacking in it a lot. So I want to get plenty of fluid, lots of fruit and veggies, excercise and really start to look after myself so I can do the things that I want to do safely. :) I’ve been ill over the past few days so it’s not been easy, but I’m going to start tomorrow. It’s a new day and it’s never too late. :D
I’ve been vegetarian for a week now. The next step is to move onto organic food. I do dancing but would like to excercise regularly if I can.
I’m very stressed all the time and have allergies to certain foods. I find the news and other things get me down. As a result i have developed Irritable Bowel Syndrome (not pleasant.)
I’m trying to back off a bit from modern life and see if this helps me get more healthy. The ultimate goal is to have more energy.
I’m going to try and stay off junk food and enormous portions. I’m going to try yoga and meditation, get closer to nature and not fret about the material stuff. I’m sure this will help me regain my health as the stress, materialism and bad food of this modern world doesn’t seem to be doing me any favours. Reading a good book will also help. :)
Better diet and fluid intake. Just small changes in which I change my choice of food.
