have my own library

This is a must have for me. I know what you’re thinking, “But Stephanie, that thing is butt ugly.” I know it is but sometime you have to sacrifice beauty for comfort. My preferred reading position is sitting up straight with my legs stretched out. As a result I do a lot of reading in bed…and falling asleep. That or I rigg up some sort of leg rest that moves and my feet drop to the floor violently.

I was thinking of putting the chaise in an out of the way corner. It could be my reading corner. Maybe a little table next to it to rest my tea or coffee.

If anyone has any ideas on how to make a 2 ARM CHAISE attractive, leave a comment.

While looking for chaise lounges I discovered these beauties. I may not get a sofa at all but instead a couple of these. I see they’re called “Kanoodle Lounge” and “Cuddle Circle Lounge”. Not sure of the difference. Maybe the sizes but I really like putting my feet up when I read.

Love it! Not to dark, not to light, clean, feminine and looks lived in. The only thing I’d change is the print on the sofa and chairs. I lean more toward solids or small prints.

OMGosh Mark Twain’s so nice. It fuels creativity. This is my favorite.

I like the loveseat. I like the overall feminine look of the place. A partial to brown or blue sofas. Blue is a soothing color to me.The place I’m planning to move to has a similar carpet to the one in this picture.

What heck is that stuff on the wall? I don’t like it. Anyway this library, realistically, is most likely what mine will look like. I already own a table similar to one of those in the picture.

Oprah’s libray
A nice lived in look with personal touches; I like. I also like that loveseat. I can totally see myself snuggling up in it with a good book or my laptop. But again, the white fabric.

Woody Allen’s library can be described in 2 words “clean” and “cozy”.
