BAD BAD BAD 20 months ago

Not doing well with this at all. I may have to switch to 24 Fitness. They (obviously) have longer hours. The Y is closed now and being a night shift worker, I’m wide awake and ready to work(out).



12 days since my last visit 22 months ago

I was working a lot of weird hours; not getting enough sleep and got sick. So when I saw it had been 12 days since my last visit and 14 days since my last full workout, I found it appropiate to start beating myself up. Then I realized it was February 7th and there I was at the gym. I read somewhere that most people give up on their New Year’s resolutions by Valentine’s Day. Three weeks into mine I nearly gave up but I jump back in there. So in a way its a small victory.

Yay me!

My new mini goal is keep going three days a week until the 14th. If I keep going then I’ll be pretty confident that I will keep this up.



Just came back 23 months ago

I only worked out for 25 minutes but hey, a little something is better than a lot of nothing.

I went Sunday. I can’t go tomorrow or Saturday. I should go. Yup, [still not budging] I should get up. (sigh)
