This was completely worth doing. Snapping the rubber band on my wrist when i thought or bit my nails helped the most. I used to have people comment on how i am a nail biter because they could tell from my nubby nails…but now i actually get compliments..its nice.

I have been biting my nails since i can remember…and it wasn’t til recently that i decided to do a complete overhall on my habits, looks, and life. Bring me here. And i cant believe how much this helped me.. So there was a suggestion to wear a rubber band around you wrist and snap it, hard, when you thought about or did bite your nails.. well after about three days of that, as well as wearing nail polish. I just stopped. I sometimes bring my hand to my mouth but i automattically realize now, i didn’t know i did it when i was still biting them..a few other things is tell people around you because as i said sometimes you don’t know your doing it until after. Oh and nail hardener is a good thing to use instead of just nail polish cause it will help them regenerate
