Independent Sovereign City State of Metis

Or more commonly known as..

Metis.

Metis is an independent, sovereign nation in North America, which as of this date has seceded peacefully from the United States.

Upon taking the throne Prince Stitch became King Stitch I, also to be known in some regions as King Scott I.

The Kings first act was calling forth a constitutional congress. Implimenting a goverment of this newly found nation. Metis will operate as a constitutional, democratic, monarchy.

What that means exactly is there will be a constitution, elected representives but King Stitch is…well…THE FLIPPIN KING!

In other comments the King let it be know that Metis will soon be taking applications for citizenship.
