It has been a while since I have been overcome with anger. Thank God I have felt much more peaceful even when treated unfairly. Will continue on this goal and pray for more peace and patience.

I decided tonight that I definitely have a rage issue. I snapped on my friend. He didn’t do anything wrong. Just kept saying stuff like shh, and hush. Stuff that would make me really angry with 99% of people but not a friend. I should have known he was playing. I almost hit him. As I grow older it gets worse. Years ago it would not be thought of. Now I have issues with it at times. Most of the time it is when someone is trying to push me around or I feel they are degrading or disrespectful. I’m not right in it. I need to get it under control. Good thing I did not take the swing.
