So this hundred pushups thing, I’m seeing some potent improvements!
From 19 pushups I think I hit close to a 25 for the last rep (where you do your max number of pushups).
Can’t wait for week 2!

So I saw somebody who is trying this out on this site, and heh, why not? Pushups, you can do them anywhere. No need for a gym subscription or fanciful equipment.
