Week 1 Completed!

So this hundred pushups thing, I’m seeing some potent improvements!
From 19 pushups I think I hit close to a 25 for the last rep (where you do your max number of pushups).

Can’t wait for week 2!



Day1

Did my first session of pushups of 10, 12, 7, 7, and max of 12/13.
It was actually pretty easy, heh!
